Performs advanced actuarial pricing, rate adequacy, profitability, trend, segmentation, and rate-level analyses for personal auto insurance. Develops and validates pricing and predictive models, analyzes large datasets, supports rate reviews and regulatory filings, and provides recommendations to leadership and business partners. The role also communicates technical findings, mentors junior actuarial staff, and collaborates with Product, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Data Analytics, IT, and Field Operations.

Lead state-level product performance for multiple states, own P&L, develop pricing strategies, execute rate filings, manage underwriting and agency strategies, partner with actuarial/sales/marketing, mentor product staff, present to senior leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and automation to meet growth and profitability targets.
