Provide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO clients, helping them develop HR and talent strategies, transform HR organizations, and execute workforce, employee experience, change management, and diversity initiatives. Manage the full member lifecycle, facilitate workshops and peer collaboration, deliver customized value plans, support client retention, and contribute to sales growth through prospect cultivation and value demonstrations.

Leads Gartner thought leadership and advisory research on supply chain AI strategy, governance, risk, and value realization. Develops actionable insights, analyzes market trends, advises executive clients, communicates AI investment ROI, presents at conferences and client briefings, supports sales, reviews content, improves research processes, and mentors analysts. Requires deep supply chain and AI expertise, strong research, writing, analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills, plus willingness to travel up to 25%.
