Build and maintain backend services and APIs, write unit tests, debug and optimize systems, support migration from Supabase to cloud, improve reliability, and integrate AI/RPA workflows while learning under senior mentorship.

Build, maintain, and improve production AI services for document understanding including LLM pipelines, background jobs, databases, and internal tools. Implement features, debug production issues, write tests, and contribute to evaluation frameworks to improve model quality and system reliability. Collaborate with a small engineering team and take increasing ownership over platform components.

Lead backend development to scale and harden API infrastructures, implement unit testing playbooks, optimize core algorithms, support migration from Supabase to a robust cloud provider, ensure system reliability and scalability, collaborate with frontend and DevOps, and integrate AI workflows and RPA where applicable.
