Provides operational support and administration for core LAN, WAN, internet, IP/MPLS, carrier Ethernet, wireless, and data networks. Configures, monitors, secures, troubleshoots, upgrades, and optimizes routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure. Performs vulnerability remediation, patch validation, redundancy testing, backups, QA/QC, documentation, reporting, inventory management, and incident resolution. Supports network expansion projects, guides junior technicians, maintains availability and performance, and provides occasional on-site break/fix assistance.

Leads enterprise transformation, enterprise architecture, architecture governance, AI architecture, and portfolio alignment. Defines target-state architectures, standards, roadmaps, technology strategies, and modernization plans. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on investment priorities, risks, dependencies, technical debt, and technology direction. Establishes architecture practices, governance frameworks, reusable patterns, and design guidelines while mentoring architects and technical staff. The role requires organization-wide influence and may support urgent business needs outside normal hours in a 24/7 environment.

Leads enterprise-scale architecture strategy, application portfolio rationalization, technology standards, buy-versus-build decisions, technical debt reduction, vendor simplification, governance, and modernization roadmaps. Develops target-state architectures, standards, patterns, and architecture artifacts while partnering with business, product, engineering, delivery, operations, and leadership teams. Guides complex cross-domain initiatives, manages risks and dependencies, supports technology investment decisions, and mentors architecture professionals.
