The Staff Sales Engineer provides technical consulting and solutions design for clients, engages in project management, and acts as a liaison between customers and the organization, ensuring solutions align with requirements and compliance.

Designs, implements, and supports high-availability telecom networks (IP/MPLS, carrier Ethernet, transport systems). Troubleshoots outages, defines KPIs, creates documentation and diagrams, mentors junior staff, coordinates projects, manages escalations, and supports continuous improvement and automation efforts.

Lead GCI's wholesale wireless roaming and partnership strategy, managing performance, relationships, and compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
