Lead vision, strategy, and delivery of runtime intelligence and personalization platforms. Build scalable, low-latency systems for context, memory, retrieval (RAG), and real-time inference. Define KPIs, observability, and optimization strategies. Drive cross-functional execution, hire and develop teams, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver AI-powered personalization at scale.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable production generative AI/LLM solutions and agentic workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally, define technical roadmaps, integrate with GEICO's AI platform, select tools, ensure production reliability, and mentor engineers to deliver business-facing AI products.
