The Senior Staff Engineer at GEICO will lead technical strategy, develop software solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with teams to innovate and enhance systems.

Respond to and mitigate sophisticated security incidents across cloud and host environments. Perform cloud IR (AWS/Azure/GCP), host-based forensics on Windows/Linux/Mac, network packet analysis, root cause analysis, and detection tuning. Produce technical documentation and support remediation, threat actor attribution, and development of incident response capabilities.

The Senior Engineer will lead Identity Governance activities, implement IAM requirements, collaborate across teams, and ensure secure management of identities and access in cloud and on-prem environments.
