Field-based Account Manager responsible for growth, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts. Own full customer lifecycle, deliver consultative sales and education, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze utilization trends, lead business reviews and territory engagement, meet sales targets, and maintain high field presence to drive adoption of clinical genomic testing.

Field-based sales role driving adoption of GeneDx prenatal genetic testing across a multi-state territory. Build relationships with MFMs and prenatal genetic counselors, prospect and grow accounts, deliver consultative presentations, run educational events, coordinate onboarding and service delivery with cross-functional teams, document activities in CRM, and meet sales targets. Heavy travel (up to 75%) and high field presence required.

Monitor audits and reconcile payments to ensure reimbursement accuracy and compliance with payer contracts and MFN laws. Audit payments, process refunds, resolve denials, collaborate with legal, billing, appeals, finance, and compliance teams, and maintain documentation to support regulatory inquiries and process improvements.

Lead payor relationships across the Great Lakes region to secure favorable contracts and expand medical policy coverage for exome and genome sequencing. Develop pricing, coverage, and contracting strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams; guide RCM on reimbursement; provide market access expertise; support field sales; build strategic payor partnerships and external stakeholder relationships to increase patient access and drive business growth.

Monitor and triage issues, coordinate troubleshooting with engineering and vendors, run testing and validation, document interfaces and workflows, and support onboarding and go-live for partners. Use support tools to track requests and drive continuous improvement across integration, testing, and implementation processes.

Sell GeneDx genomic testing to adult specialty physicians within the Houston territory. Generate leads, build and manage a physician development pipeline, provide consultative education, coordinate with internal teams for service delivery, hold in-person and virtual meetings, support marketing events, and serve as first-line account manager to drive new and existing business.

Drive adoption and revenue for rapid genomic testing in NICUs across NYC by prospecting, managing key hospital accounts, delivering consultative presentations, coordinating cross-functional onboarding, leading educational initiatives, tracking utilization with metrics/case studies, and meeting sales targets while maintaining strong clinician relationships and CRM documentation.
