Leads revenue accounting and commercial finance, overseeing ASC 606 compliance, revenue close, accrual models, controls, audits, forecasting, financial planning, and commercial business cases. Partners with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Market Access, Commercial, and analytics teams to assess payer and reimbursement impacts, analyze complex datasets, improve reporting, and provide executive decision support. Manages and develops a small finance team.

Generates new business and expands existing accounts for GeneDx genetic testing services across the Tampa territory. Builds relationships with pediatric specialty physicians and staff through consultative selling, education, client meetings, and account support. Manages lead generation and physician development pipelines, communicates value propositions, coordinates issue resolution with internal teams, implements sales and marketing plans, and supports physician events. The role requires extensive field time and travel to conferences and special events.

Manages client billing for diagnostic laboratory services, including invoicing, accounts receivable, disputed balances, reimbursement, client setup, pricing, and billing vendors. Leads and develops the Client Billing team, monitors performance metrics, resolves complex billing issues, prepares leadership reports, and improves workflows, policies, systems, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA.
