Lead and supervise shipboard construction and re-modernization tasks in shipyards and drydocks. Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership, manage contractors and staff, develop project plans and reports, liaise with customers and vendors, ensure deliverable quality, and participate in special projects.

Perform shipboard construction and modernization in shipyards/drydocks: read blueprints; fabricate, cut, grind, weld, install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and structural systems; operate heavy plate machinery and hand/power tools; perform preventative maintenance and support special projects.

Lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI-assisted software development. Evaluate and operationalize AI tools, LLM frameworks, and RAG solutions; establish development practices, quality standards, and adoption roadmaps; and build engineering capability through hiring, coaching, education, and change management. Guide full SDLC delivery across distributed teams, integrate AI into software engineering workflows, and translate internal capabilities into customer-facing offerings while supporting cloud, DevSecOps, security, and compliance requirements.
