Lead the Seattle site's ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System for RUO production and R&D. Develop QMS strategy, host customer and ISO audits, manage supplier qualification and quality agreements, support tech transfer and R&D SOPs, oversee CAPA/change control/risk management, and provide cross-site quality leadership across production, QC, and engineering teams to ensure timely product release and continuous quality improvement.

Leads U.S. business development for ProBio’s Discovery services, including commercial strategy, team leadership, strategic account management, pipeline growth, forecasting, customer engagement, proposal negotiation, and closing scientific service opportunities. Collaborates with technical and scientific teams to develop solutions and expand customers into downstream development and CDMO services. Represents the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Leads biologics CMC projects from proposal through completion, serving as the technical SME across cell line development, process development, GMP manufacturing, and regulatory support. Supports business development through client presentations, solution development, proposals, conferences, and client visits. Coordinates with CMC, project management, manufacturing, and commercial teams to define scope, strategy, timelines, deliverables, and successful project execution.
