Support planning and operational execution of Tier 1 medical congresses: project-manage timelines, logistics, compliance reviews, committees, exhibit booths, budgets, and reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and associations, maintain event documentation and asset trackers, and assist with financial reconciliation and communications. Up to 20% travel.
