Provides executive-level technical advisory and pre-sales guidance to public sector customers on DevSecOps, application security, compliance, cloud platforms, and secure software delivery. Builds relationships with technology and security leaders, delivers thought leadership, supports government publications and standards discussions, partners with sales, marketing, and product teams, and translates field feedback into strategy, enablement, and technical content. This is a remote individual contributor role without direct people management responsibilities.

Design, build, operate, and scale GitLab Orbit backend services in Rust across distributed cloud-native environments. Improve Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure automation, observability, reliability, incident readiness, multi-tenant isolation, data workflows, graph query capabilities, indexing pipelines, cloud storage integrations, and API/MCP surfaces. Own technical designs through rollout while collaborating asynchronously with infrastructure, security, AI, data, delivery, and SRE teams.

Leads GitLab’s Agentic Software Delivery product section across continuous integration, artifact management, continuous deployment, and observability. Owns three-year strategy, product vision, business outcomes, adoption, retention, revenue, investment decisions, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution. Manages senior and principal product managers, partners with Engineering and commercial teams, and guides customers toward AI-powered software delivery. Requires strong technical fluency in DevOps, executive communication, portfolio leadership, and experience with AI-native product management.
