Designs and owns Databricks lakehouse architecture, scalable batch and streaming pipelines, data governance, analytics models, and cloud infrastructure. Leads major platform migrations, establishes engineering and CI/CD standards, manages Terraform and FinOps practices, and prototypes AI use cases. The role advises stakeholders, mentors engineers, and ensures secure, compliant, cost-effective data platforms across cloud environments.

Build and deploy production LLM-powered features and agents, including retrieval and RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and customer-facing AI capabilities. Collaborate with product and data teams to identify valuable AI applications, define success metrics, and improve quality, cost, and latency. The role requires production software engineering experience with Python or Node.js/TypeScript, cloud AI services, agentic development workflows, and strong English communication. Remote work is available for candidates based in Latin America.

Develop and maintain predictive models for LTV, churn, retention, segmentation, personalization, and user acquisition decisions. Design experiments and causal analyses, apply LLMs to unstructured data, build AI-powered analytics tools, and productionize models with data engineering partners. Establish modeling standards, communicate insights to stakeholders, and mentor analysts and data scientists.
