Develop and maintain responsive frontend interfaces, dashboards, reports, and enterprise web applications. Translate requirements into functional user interfaces, build UI and automated tests, troubleshoot and optimize performance, implement REST API integrations and routing, and collaborate with backend developers and testers. The role requires React, JavaScript, Redux, Node.js, and related frontend technologies, with preferred experience in dashboards, reporting, testing, AWS, and government applications.

Develop and maintain enterprise and SaaS applications across frontend and backend layers. Build React interfaces, Java Spring Boot services, REST APIs, databases, authentication controls, and automated tests. Troubleshoot performance and security issues, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. The remote role includes approximately 5% travel and requires Public Trust eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

Processes complex federal FOIA requests from receipt through production. Reviews, organizes, and analyzes records; determines responsiveness; applies FOIA exemptions; identifies confidential business information, deliberative materials, attorney work product, and personally identifiable information. The role requires strong research, analytical, communication, organization, and deadline-management skills, plus proficiency with FOIAXpress, Microsoft Word, and Adobe. The position is currently remote but may become hybrid or onsite at a Department of Transportation office.
