Leads the AI Transformation engineering team, overseeing hiring, coaching, architecture, delivery, reliability, and operational health for agentic AI solutions. Guides LLM integrations, MCP orchestration, evaluation frameworks, plugins, usage analytics, CI/CD, observability, security, compliance, and auditability. Partners with Product, business units, Security, Compliance, and AI Governance to deliver scalable AI initiatives and track adoption, quality, and velocity.

Own the unified roadmap for AI Transformation and Salesforce products. Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, backlog management, delivery, adoption, and go-to-market coordination across two engineering teams. Partner with business, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Salesforce stakeholders to implement generative and agentic AI solutions, automation, and platform enhancements. Define product metrics, analyze performance, communicate strategy and trade-offs, and drive scalable products that improve employee and customer experiences.
