Manage sales operations workflows for field sales, including target setting, performance management, compensation, incentives, hiring budgets, tools, reporting, dashboards, supplier relationships, and business intelligence. Partner with HR, engineering, sales leaders, and suppliers to improve systems, develop SQL-based analyses, support sales initiatives, and scale new programs into business-as-usual processes.

Manage multiple complex, interdependent enterprise projects across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include executive reporting, project planning, delivery oversight, consensus building, risk and issue management, system and market readiness testing, and resolving roadblocks. The role supports initiatives from ideation through development, training, testing, and market launch, with a focus on deploying internet access and communications products.

Lead the design and deployment of AI platforms, agentic systems, model gateways, RAG pipelines, and AI-focused DevOps infrastructure. Build self-service GCP AI APIs, SDKs, and Terraform modules; manage model routing, observability, security, deployment, and automation using GKE, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, and related services. The role requires extensive platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, IaC, MLOps, and enterprise AI architecture experience.
