Candidates must be licensed in Washington State; Oregon admission is a plus. Strong legal writing, organization, communication, independent work, and deadline-management skills are required.

Oversee daily administrative, operational, and facilities functions for the Seattle law office. Coordinate vendors, supplies, equipment, maintenance, space planning, onboarding, office communications, meetings, events, and client visits. Process invoices and expenses, support records management, maintain confidentiality, and liaise with the corporate office, attorneys, staff, finance team, and building management. The role requires in-person work Monday through Friday and occasional overtime.

Defend clients in general, commercial, and personal injury litigation while conducting legal research, drafting, persuasive advocacy, and managing assignments with minimal supervision. Attorneys will collaborate with a national litigation team and may handle client interactions, hearings, depositions, trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Washington State bar admission is required; trial, arbitration, or appellate experience is preferred but not required. Flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements are available.
