Teams at Gradial

Lead customer-facing enterprise implementations of an AI platform. Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack integrations, reusable adapters, configuration layers, and generative AI solutions. Translate complex customer workflows into scalable systems, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and improve product reliability, performance, and maintainability. Contribute field insights, documentation, and implementation playbooks while supporting discovery, prototyping, deployment, and post-launch optimization. Occasional travel under 10% is required.

Supports enterprise customer implementations, workflow configuration, deployment validation, troubleshooting, QA testing, documentation, and operational improvements. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Forward Deployed teams to resolve technical issues, analyze customer usage, configure integrations, automate manual processes, and support product launches. The role is suited to an early-career professional with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who can quickly learn new software systems.

Own Gradial’s product marketing strategy, positioning, category creation, launches, competitive strategy, customer storytelling, sales enablement, and analyst relations. Partner with founders, product, sales, and customers to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives for technical and business audiences. Build scalable messaging and customer advocacy programs while helping establish the company as a category-defining enterprise marketing platform.
