Leads global compensation strategy, pay philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, regulatory compliance, and annual compensation cycles. Oversees compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions, manages compensation systems and data controls, advises senior leaders, and leads a team of compensation professionals. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders across global geographies.

Supports consulting, audit, attestation, IT audit, SOC, ESG reporting, and employee benefit plan engagements. Responsibilities include evaluating risks and controls, performing walkthroughs and testing, analyzing data, collecting evidence, preparing workpapers and reports, and supporting client communications. Interns use data analytics and AI-enabled tools while collaborating across service lines and helping assess regulatory and reporting compliance.
