Lead the Growth pod owning UX and front-end product engineering as a player-coach. Contribute code initially, then manage sprint planning, delivery tracking, roadmap trade-offs, and architecture decisions. Ship full-stack features (TypeScript front- and back-end), raise engineering craft, grow team capacity through coaching and delegation, and proactively surface risks tied to business goals.

Lead a platform engineering team building integrations with insurers, EHRs, banks and the platform layer (CI/CD, cloud, observability, security). Combine management (planning, prioritization, hiring, risk management) with hands-on backend and infrastructure engineering, shipping code and setting technical direction across integrations and platform services.

You will tackle AI challenges, develop scalable software and collaborate with teams to enhance healthcare navigation using AI solutions.
