Frequent day and overnight travel is required for business development and account management.

Manage a complex nationwide portfolio of commercial casualty claims, particularly construction-related, contractor liability, New York Labor Law, and excess exposures. Responsibilities include coverage analysis, investigations, reserves, litigation strategy, negotiations, claim resolution, and collaboration with defense counsel, underwriting, legal teams, brokers, and insureds. The role requires maintaining adjuster licenses, monitoring claim trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical expertise on complex claims.
