Credit Risk Manager responsible for credit decisioning frameworks, offer and verification strategies, portfolio management, model performance, and risk optimization. Uses SQL, Python, Excel, predictive modeling, segmentation, and large datasets to improve approval outcomes, portfolio quality, profitability, and funnel performance. Partners with underwriting, finance, product, and data teams to translate analytics into business decisions. Requires 5–8 years of credit risk analytics experience, preferably in small business lending.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, architecture, modernization, security, reliability, AI adoption, and execution. The VP will oversee engineering and data organizations, develop technical leaders, establish roadmaps and performance standards, guide cloud and data platform evolution, and connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes. This executive partners with the CEO and cross-functional leaders while managing organizational performance, operational risk, governance, resilience, and technology investments.
