Own Total Rewards strategy across the U.S. and Canada, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, pay equity, equity programs, salary structures, review cycles, vendor governance, and annual enrollment. Build financial models, budgets, policies, communications, and decision frameworks while partnering with Finance, Legal, People teams, and vendors. This senior individual contributor role requires influencing leaders, ensuring compliance, and scaling equitable, financially sustainable rewards programs.

Analyze product and healthcare billing data to support product decisions, reporting, experimentation, and claims collection improvements. Build and maintain dashboards, develop scalable datasets, conduct A/B testing, create data visualizations, and communicate actionable insights. Collaborate with product stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers on data modeling, OKRs, data quality, and pipeline reliability for Billing and Payments features.

Own strategy and execution for new payor and employer offerings, including Grow’s next-generation EAP product. Deepen payor partnerships, define product vision and MVPs, design end-to-end healthcare workflows, and navigate authorizations, contracts, claims, reimbursement, and payor requirements. Partner with corporate development and cross-functional teams to shape ambiguous early-stage opportunities, balance near-term outcomes with platform investments, and deliver impactful healthcare products.

Build Grow Therapy’s native Android app from the ground up as the founding Android engineer. Own architecture, developer tooling, testing, CI/CD, production releases, observability, security, and consumer-facing features. Set Android standards and technical direction while partnering with product, design, iOS, and backend teams. The role requires hands-on delivery, strategic decision-making with incomplete information, and preparation for a growing Android organization.

Build and advance application and product security across the engineering organization. Responsibilities include establishing secure defaults, CI guardrails, security requirements, threat modeling, risk assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, secure coding education, roadmap ownership, and hands-on code review. The role partners closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and services teams to secure applications, microservices, and AI features while enabling efficient development.

Lead and scale the iOS engineering team, own mobile technical vision and architecture, drive high-quality shipping and CI/CD, mentor and grow engineers, partner with Product and Design on roadmap, use data to measure impact, and foster a high-trust culture across a remote-first organization.

Own and build Grow Therapy's data security infrastructure: automated data classification, field-level masking/tokenization, encryption and key management, secure data connectors to AI tooling, and access controls. Define a multi-year vision, implement pipelines and services, and partner across Data, Engineering, and Detection & Response to make secure-by-default the company standard.

Lead and execute Grow Therapy's multi-year Security Engineering roadmap. Build secure-by-default infrastructure (auth, authZ, logging, egress), drive data security and systematic data tagging, develop org-wide security scorecards, enable automated least-privilege and vulnerability management, and influence AI-native security and security culture across product, platform, and compliance teams.

Provides empathetic customer and provider support through chat, messaging, and phone. Resolves technical, insurance, billing, and platform questions; documents interactions; meets service, quality, response-time, and productivity expectations; escalates issues when needed; participates in coaching and training; identifies recurring problems; and collaborates with Product and internal teams to improve the support experience.

Provide phone and live-chat support to clients and therapists, troubleshoot platform issues, educate customers, and advocate for their needs. Investigate root causes, collaborate with Product teams to improve the platform, meet quantitative support metrics, and adapt independently in a fast-paced remote startup environment.

Leads Learning, Content, and Quality teams within Shared Services. Owns the strategic vision, operating models, onboarding curriculum, train-the-trainer programs, knowledge bases, quality processes, performance metrics, and AI enablement strategy. The role develops high-performing teams, reduces frontline ramp time and turnover, creates closed-loop feedback systems, and aligns training outcomes with operational KPIs while scaling support operations.
