Define and scale reliability practices across the company by creating SLO/SLA frameworks, improving observability, evolving incident response, building self-service tooling and scorecards, and driving cross-team adoption to enable teams to build and operate reliable production systems at scale.

Lead Grow's AI Enablement team to define and execute the company-wide AI roadmap. Build and operate core AI infrastructure (data pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, model access, connectors, and governance) with PHI compliance. Architect integrations and APIs enabling agentic workflows, drive delivery of high-priority LLM and AI-assisted care use cases, and manage vendor governance, procurement, and cross-functional alignment.

Own end-to-end leave administration for U.S. employees: manage intake through return-to-work, ensure compliance with federal/state leave laws, coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams (Payroll, Employee Relations), maintain records in Rippling, support reporting/audits, and improve leave workflows and employee experience.

The Senior Manager of Clinical Quality will lead the Clinical Quality team, manage performance, oversee provider quality programs, and ensure effective clinical standards across a network of providers.

Own month‑end close and core accounting processes (revenue/AR, cost of services/provider payouts, intercompany, treasury). Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, ASC 606 assessments, and support audits/tax. Implement AI-driven efficiencies and strengthen controls.

Own end-to-end accounts payable operations using NetSuite and Ramp, handle invoice intake, GL coding, approvals, and payments; manage month-end AP close, reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, corporate cards), vendor communications, and drive automation/AI process improvements to scale AP.
