Own and evolve the design system and horizontal web foundation: shared components, tokens, theming, tooling, and architecture. Improve web performance and accessibility, build developer experience and AI-assisted frontend tooling, partner with product teams to integrate platform capabilities, and create documentation and governance to drive cross-team adoption.

Own end-to-end customer-facing marketplace frontend features—from ideation to launch—working closely with product and design. Prototype and build high-fidelity React/Next.js interfaces, improve discovery, matching, scheduling and booking flows, run A/B tests, elevate visual polish and accessibility, and contribute to the design system and frontend platform to increase product quality and speed.

The Design Engineer will enhance interaction quality and UI polish, collaborate with product teams, and improve design systems while ensuring a high standard of visual appeal across the product.
