Owns end-to-end regional revenue cycle performance from enrollment through payment. Leads Claims Leaders, improves reimbursement, reduces denials and aged receivables, accelerates cash realization, manages payer escalations, develops forecasts, strengthens revenue governance, and integrates enrollment, authorizations, billing, claims, and accounts receivable. The role also drives standardized processes, corrective action plans, team development, compliance, and collaboration with Finance to support margin expansion.

Leads and governs an enterprise-wide project management office, overseeing strategic initiatives, operational programs, technology investments, and transformation portfolios. Establishes PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and governance; provides executive visibility into delivery status, dependencies, risks, and financial impact; supports private equity value-creation initiatives and integrations; applies Lean process improvement; and builds a high-performing EPMO team.

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies. Coordinate executives, subject-matter experts, operations, IT, finance, compliance, vendors, and external partners to deliver initiatives on time and within budget. Manage state and contract launches, including readiness, training, vendor integration, and go-live execution. Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements through change requests and standardized procedures.
