Provides PMO support for technology implementation projects serving utility and energy provider clients. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, RAID and issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, meeting facilitation, and process improvement across multiple workstreams. The role requires substantial project management experience in the utilities or energy sector, strong communication and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel.

Lead and deliver organizational change management and workforce initiatives for public-sector clients. Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, communications, workforce analysis, and HR transformation. Manage workstreams, develop change strategies and materials, perform quantitative/qualitative analysis, create executive briefings, ensure quality of deliverables, and support business development and methodology improvements.
