Lead and deliver organizational change management and workforce initiatives for public-sector clients. Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, communications, workforce analysis, and HR transformation. Manage workstreams, develop change strategies and materials, perform quantitative/qualitative analysis, create executive briefings, ensure quality of deliverables, and support business development and methodology improvements.

Support state and local government clients through analysis, solution development, implementation, and closeout. Gather and synthesize information, produce client-ready deliverables and presentations, facilitate working sessions, ensure quality assurance, and contribute to business development and internal initiatives.

Implement and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) including integrations with SharePoint, Teams and Dynamics 365. Automate business processes, produce data visualizations, develop implementation standards, create design and training documentation, present demos, participate in scrums, and resolve production support issues.
