Lead and deliver threat intelligence services including threat intelligence as a service, malware analysis, threat hunting, and DFIR support. Mentor junior analysts, produce technical and executive deliverables, integrate and automate tools, perform threat research and briefs, and help mature client intelligence programs.

Independently review, redline, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (customers, resellers, vendors, subcontractors, federal/SLED). Serve as primary contractual contact, interpret terms, track and fulfill obligations with Professional Services, develop solutions to contractual problems, and provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders while supporting sales to move deals forward.

Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (master agreements, reseller, data processing) with enterprise customers and partners; provide practical legal guidance; develop contract templates, playbooks, and fallback positions; advise on data privacy and security terms; partner with security, compliance, and legal operations to align contractual commitments with company posture.
