Lead Hagerty's EPMO for the APEX Duck Creek implementation: own program financials, vendor and contract oversight, risk/issue management, status and change control, and build a permanent Center of Excellence for program and project management while managing and developing the EPMO team and executive governance reporting.

Research, catalog, and write accurate descriptions for collector cars consigned to Broad Arrow auctions and private sales; update vehicle database; collaborate with clients, Car Specialists, PR, Marketing, and Client Services; assist cataloging private collections; work on-site at live auctions domestically and abroad; perform other duties as assigned.

Evaluate incoming vehicle submissions, research market comparables, set auction reserves, negotiate with sellers, update tracking systems (Contentful, Auction Management tracker), send Salesforce communications, escalate high-value or borderline lots, and maintain records for auction readiness.
