Leads and develops a team of Dealer Account Managers across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, setting sales goals, managing performance, developing dealer relationships, driving new business, improving retention, resolving concerns, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires regular regional travel and strong experience in external sales management, automotive finance, and sales.

Manages and grows relationships with franchise dealerships through field sales, business development, account management, training, presentations, and consultative financing solutions. The role involves prospecting new dealer accounts, increasing loan production, educating dealership personnel, monitoring account performance, conducting in-person visits, and representing the company at meetings and industry events. Compensation includes a guaranteed monthly income initially, a subsequent monthly base, commissions, and mileage reimbursement.
