The role requires significant large-account Commercial Surety underwriting experience, strategic leadership, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while supporting profitable growth and underwriting quality.

Leads regional small commercial insurance sales strategy, manages and coaches 8–10 sales professionals, develops territory business plans, strengthens agent partnerships, and drives premium, growth, quality, and agency performance objectives. Partners with underwriting, field leadership, actuarial, operations, marketing, claims, and other stakeholders to execute business priorities, assess opportunities, improve sales competencies, and resolve complex issues.
