Lead architecture, implementation, operation, and scaling of customer-facing eCommerce systems (Shopify-centered), payment and subscription workflows, analytics/attribution instrumentation, and integrations. Provide hands-on technical leadership, establish engineering best practices, ensure security and reliability, and partner cross-functionally to support DTC growth and long-term platform needs.

Lead architecture, build, and operate a serverless AWS backend (Python, Lambda, CDK, DynamoDB, S3) supporting APIs, event processing, integrations (EHR/CRM/eCommerce/3PL), observability, security, and compliance. Provide technical leadership, drive platform decisions, identify risks and scalability bottlenecks, and establish backend engineering best practices across systems and teams.

Take ownership of end-to-end product and marketing design across web, native apps, print, and patient-facing materials. Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system, partner with product and engineering from problem definition through launch, ensure implementation quality, and iterate using data and customer feedback to drive measurable outcomes.
