Teams at Harness

Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues across Harness products (security, feature flags, code coverage). Own incidents end-to-end: debug integrations, APIs, agents, pipelines using observability tools, reproduce bugs, escalate to Engineering, run incident triage, document runbooks, and develop scripts/automation to reduce recurring issues while supporting onboarding and implementation.

The Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement will lead the sales methodology, optimize onboarding for new hires, measure enablement effectiveness, and serve as a subject matter expert on CI/CD tools. This role emphasizes program management, technical expertise, and engaging leadership in a high-growth environment.

This role involves exceeding sales targets, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with teams to win new enterprise accounts.
