Advises leaders on performance, employee relations, compliance, benefits, engagement, wellbeing, and capability development. Partners with clinician recruitment and credentialing teams, mentors People Experience colleagues, uses people data to guide decisions, and manages sensitive matters with autonomy across a three-day workweek.

Partners with clinical recruiting and credentialing teams, uses people insights to guide decisions, and coaches the People Experience team without direct management authority.

Own the US finance function for Harrison.ai and Harrison.ai Services, including multi-state payroll, payroll-tax compliance, compensation administration, accounts payable, expense approvals, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking, and vendor relationships. Partner with Group Finance, People & Culture, Legal, and radiologist operations while analyzing teleradiology economics and developing a roadmap to insource outsourced finance processes.
