Sell Harrow's ophthalmic compounding and branded eye-drop portfolio to physician offices, ASCs, hospitals and pharmacies. Grow existing accounts, close new business, forecast sales, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage CRM, and meet financial and performance targets. Travel up to 50%.

Lead design and management of specialty pharmacy, HUB, regional pharmacy, prior authorization, and copay programs to ensure patient access and optimize brand performance across Harrow's ophthalmology portfolio. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage vendors, set KPIs, ensure compliance, and drive communications and operational improvements.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of national, regional, and local meetings, congresses, exhibits, and internal events. Manage vendor sourcing, contracting, logistics, exhibit design and staffing, PRC compliance reviews, budgets, cross-functional alignment, ROI evaluations, SOPs, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective event delivery.

Manage marketing platforms and the promotional review cycle (PRC) across branded and compounded portfolios. Coordinate, review, and QC promotional materials in Veeva, lead review meetings, ensure regulatory submissions (2253), maintain audit-ready documentation and trademark logs, improve processes/SOPs, train stakeholders, and manage NDCs/labels for compounded products.
