Lead negotiation, drafting, and review of commercial AI and technology SaaS agreements. Advise go-to-market, sales, engineering, product, and security teams. Build commercial contracting processes, train sales and cross-functional teams, and support broader legal work as the company scales.

Own and configure Workday HCM, design and maintain integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, Studio, APIs), manage Workday security and business processes, partner with People, Security, Data, and Finance, and lead release and testing cycles to ensure compliance and scalable HR systems.

Drive end-to-end enablement for internal technology initiatives—especially AI tooling—by planning rollouts, change management, training, documentation, and dashboards. Monitor adoption and feedback, iterate enablement materials, partner with product/engineering/GT M and BizTech, and deliver measurable outcomes like increased adoption and reduced support load.
