Lead end-to-end product design for AI-driven voice, messaging, and dashboard experiences for enterprise home services operators. Prototype with AI tools, conduct user research, evolve a scalable design system, and collaborate with engineering, PMs, CSRs, and AI specialists to deliver polished, accessible, and trustworthy interfaces.

The VP of Marketing will lead Hatch's marketing efforts, focusing on brand positioning, demand generation, customer growth, and team leadership in the AI SaaS sector for home services.

Lead execution and optimization of full-funnel B2B growth programs: lifecycle email, paid media, ABM, SEO, and signal-based campaigns. Build dashboards, run experiments, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales/Product/CS/Engineering, and drive pipeline, meetings, and revenue through data-driven testing and automation.
