Provide frontline systems engineering support for audio/video and cabin management products in business aviation. Develop system specs, architectures, test plans, and Python test scripts; create configurations and demos; troubleshoot fielded systems; engage customers, support sales and proposals, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call support and industry events.

Own and sustain embedded software for in-service aircraft cabin systems across QNX/Linux/RTOS and bare-metal environments. Diagnose field issues on SoC platforms, perform root-cause analysis, lead hardware/software troubleshooting, manage obsolescence, maintain certification-ready processes, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate cross-functional releases and regression testing.

Design and implement Verilog-based video and audio processing on Xilinx FPGAs for real-time 4K+ avionics systems. Integrate high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, HDMI, SDI), verify and debug in lab, collaborate with hardware/software teams, integrate vendor IP, produce design documentation, and support board bring-up and timing/performance optimization.
