Administer and optimize Helion’s enterprise applications, including Atlassian tools, integrations, cloud environments, and SaaS platforms. Manage access controls, SSO/SCIM, compliance, audit logging, data flows, vendors, upgrades, and migrations. Partner with business and technical teams to configure systems, automate workflows, troubleshoot incidents, support releases, and maintain reliable IT infrastructure.

Administer identity, access, enterprise applications, and security systems across Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian. Automate employee and service-account lifecycle processes using PowerShell and APIs, manage access reviews, respond to security events through Microsoft Sentinel, support integrations and application security reviews, resolve Jira-based requests, document procedures, and improve operational processes. The role is onsite in Seattle with one remote day weekly and may require after-hours incident response.

Lead company-wide compensation strategy, including salary, hourly pay, incentives, equity programs, manufacturing pay structures, compensation cycles, and executive advising. Partner with Finance, Talent, People Business Partners, and leadership on budgets, equity forecasting, governance, offers, promotions, and employee education. Build scalable programs for technical, corporate, and large hourly manufacturing teams while balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
