Sets technical direction for Helix’s Experience platform and broader engineering organization. Designs and implements distributed, full-stack genomic software systems focused on patient and provider experiences. Leads complex projects from scoping through production, advances AI-assisted engineering practices, establishes quality and delivery standards, mentors technical leaders, and drives cross-functional collaboration with product, design, research, scientific, and business teams.

Manage Helix’s legal operations infrastructure, including request intake, workflows, SOPs, legal technology platforms, metrics, contract reviews, renewals, vendor coordination, outside counsel, IP docketing, and corporate filings. The role partners cross-functionally with legal, finance, procurement, and business leaders to improve processes, administer systems, triage matters, and maintain efficient, organized legal operations.

Owns customer success and strategic partner relationships for Helix’s life sciences data licensing, sponsored testing, and clinical development businesses. The role leads implementation coordination, identifies expansion opportunities, translates customer feedback into product improvements, establishes scalable customer success processes, mentors team members, and represents the function in leadership discussions. Candidates must bring extensive biopharma or life sciences partnership experience, people leadership, strong communication, and demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
