Ensure accuracy, reliability, and throughput across PostgreSQL, Redis, and BigQuery, design APIs, participate in architecture and incident response, and contribute to on-call rotation.

Lead roadmap and execution for the Configuration Engine and Admin Dashboard, enabling non-technical users to self-configure plans safely. Define contracts with pricing/adjudication systems, write specs and acceptance suites, run discovery with stakeholders, improve auditability/permissions, and measure configuration accuracy and self-serve adoption.
