Leads Helm’s client support function for payer and TPA relationships, including SLA ownership, issue triage, escalation, client communications, onboarding, and support-team development. Partners with Client Delivery, Product, Data, and Engineering to resolve issues, improve employer-group implementations, and translate client feedback into product priorities. Builds scalable support processes and relationships with client operations and IT leaders in a healthcare technology environment.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, Terraform automation, database systems, monitoring, and observability on Google Cloud. Support reliability, security, compliance, incident response, and shared on-call operations while applying backend engineering expertise to production services. The role manages PostgreSQL, Redis, BigQuery, Bigtable, and Firestore environments and contributes to disaster recovery and operational tooling.

Technical lead for public-facing gRPC APIs and SDKs powering provider search, ranking, and dynamic copay lookups. Own API design, versioning, ranking/steerage logic, and reliability at scale. Write and review code and designs, mentor engineers, drive technical direction, partner with product and partner engineering, and support production operations and scaling decisions.
