Support the Extended Warranty Program by managing vendor relationships, tracking performance and KPIs, auditing contracts and claims, owning monthly claims/premium reporting, supporting billing and SKU/rate-sheet maintenance, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and on-time submissions.

Manage creation and updates of stock and non-stock items, coordinating with sales, suppliers, inventory, and regulatory teams. Capture regulatory details (FDA, SDS, NDC, GTIN), enter data into PIX, maintain product/supplier databases, support audits and monthly regulatory reporting, and meet KPI targets for timely item setup.

Provide non-clinical career education and 1:1 coaching to dental hygiene students and early-career hygienists; build and maintain hygiene school partnerships and campus events; drive engagement on studentdentist.com and promote mentorship matching; collect student submissions and triage for coaching; track program activities and outcomes and coordinate with recruiting teams to inform pipeline strategy.
