Lead strategy, governance, and roadmap for Hertz's global CRM and customer engagement platforms (Salesforce and Loyalty), ensure platform reliability, data integrity, integrations, compliance, and cross-functional alignment while building and leading a CRM platform team.

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing web, mobile, e-commerce, and platform projects. Manage roadmaps, cross-functional teams, Agile delivery, releases, integrations, governance, risks, launches, and post-release stabilization. Partner with product, engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, support, and operations teams while tracking adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for digital customer experiences (booking, post-booking, check-in). Prioritize features, modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and integrate systems. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, ops) to ship scalable solutions, test hypotheses, and measure impact using data and KPIs, including changes to risk management platforms.

Design, build, test, and maintain React Native features for Hertz consumer mobile apps on iOS and Android. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate APIs and third‑party services, optimize performance, resolve production issues, contribute to CI/CD and testing, and improve mobile UX and accessibility.

Lead and grow a payments engineering team responsible for payment platforms, integrations, tokenization, fraud signals, and reconciliation. Own delivery, production stability, on-call, PCI DSS compliance, vendor relationships, budget, and cross-functional coordination. Drive reliability, incident response, roadmap execution, and measurable improvements in transaction success, latency, and error budgets.

Design, build, and scale backend rental systems (reservations, pricing, fleet, checkout). Own microservices and APIs, lead architecture, ensure performance/security, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric features.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting and talent sourcing; run hiring events and job fairs; screen and coordinate interviews; maintain ATS records; ensure positive candidate experience and compliance with hiring processes.

Lead and scale a dispersed team of field recruiters to deliver regional talent at pace. Design and deploy regional recruiting and strategic sourcing strategies, monitor KPIs and recruiter performance, use data to optimize throughput, ensure compliance (OFCCP, audits), manage sourcing budget and vendor relationships, and maintain centralized assessment and job description libraries.

Lead and modernize global, cloud-native rental platforms; own architecture, platform reliability, and delivery. Manage and grow distributed engineering teams, drive standards (APIs, microservices, containers), ensure security/compliance, and collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver scalable, resilient systems.

Lead pricing strategy for digital add-ons, design and launch dynamic pricing models and A/B tests, partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to drive revenue, margin, attach rates and EBITDA, monitor performance via dashboards and KPIs, and introduce pricing innovations to improve customer value.
