Participate in a hands-on manager-in-training program covering sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people management. Support location sales goals and customer service excellence with a clear path to Branch Manager in 12–18 months.

Leads full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers, HR business partners, and business leaders. Develops staffing and sourcing strategies, builds diverse talent pipelines, coordinates interviews, coaches stakeholders, manages offers and pre-employment processes, and supports onboarding. Represents the company at hiring events while ensuring consistent candidate evaluations, strong candidate communication, and a positive candidate experience across multiple functions and locations.

Provide day-to-day support and enhancements for Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and financials, design and develop PL/SQL database objects, build integrations (OIC), create reports (BIP/OTBI/FAW/Cognos), optimize performance, participate in Agile sprints, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to map requirements to technical solutions.
