Leads enterprise solution architecture across applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, and processes. Defines technology blueprints, architecture roadmaps, modernization strategies, governance standards, and transformation plans. Partners with executives, business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to align technology investments with business objectives. Evaluates emerging technologies and vendors, guides complex programs, manages technical debt, develops business cases, and mentors architects while promoting architecture excellence.

Facilitates engaging virtual and onsite training across operations, leadership, customer care, and other programs. Manages learner participation, attendance, support, and training records; provides virtual technical assistance; analyzes feedback and training data; and recommends program improvements. Partners with Global Learning and business stakeholders, supports content reviews and pilots, evaluates learning outcomes, and maintains facilitator readiness through ongoing development.

Own the enterprise network strategy, architecture standards, governance, and modernization roadmap. Lead hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity, network security, resiliency, automation, observability, and lifecycle strategies across global environments. Evaluate technologies and vendors, develop executive business cases, guide major transformations, and mentor architects and senior engineers. The role requires influencing technical and business leaders while delivering secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective network capabilities.
