Leads HPE’s Enterprise West Storage sales organization across California and Washington. Responsibilities include team development, revenue growth, forecasting, strategic planning, executive customer engagement, partner collaboration, pipeline management, consultative solution selling, and regional financial ownership. The leader drives profitable growth, market share expansion, customer adoption, talent development, and complex enterprise sales pursuits while managing cross-functional stakeholders and channel ecosystems.

Serves as a senior technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, designing and positioning complex data center, WAN, cloud, AI infrastructure, and service provider networking solutions. Leads technical discovery, architecture workshops, executive presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses. Develops solution architectures, migration plans, implementation strategies, and engineering bills of materials while building customer relationships and collaborating with sales, engineering, product, customer success, and partners. Travel is required as needed.

Lead technical pre-sales for a Tier 1 service provider: design solutions, run deep-dive presentations and PoCs, advise account teams, influence stakeholders, and support automation, security, and data center networking initiatives.
