Owns uptime, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, shared Linux environments, and incident response for live client applications across Azure, AWS, and Cloudflare. Responsibilities include provisioning environments, managing secrets and identities, maintaining monitoring and reliability practices, supporting releases and database migrations, responding to production incidents, and leading post-incident reviews. The role requires strong Azure DevOps, Bicep or Terraform, Linux, AWS, Cloudflare, and observability experience.

Manages commercial property and casualty insurance accounts by designing insurance programs, preparing proposals and applications, negotiating carrier terms, supporting producers, renewing and remarketing policies, educating clients on coverage and audits, and ensuring accurate, timely transaction processing. The role requires strong client service, regulatory awareness, advanced Excel skills, and an active insurance license.
