Manages employee benefits client accounts, serving as the primary client and carrier contact. Responsibilities include handling service requests, preparing renewals and proposals, analyzing plan options, calculating premiums and payroll deductions, supporting open enrollment, processing carrier transitions, maintaining compliance with benefits regulations, and advising clients. The role also supports producers with new and renewal business while maintaining accurate account records and strong carrier relationships.

Manage employee benefits accounts, coordinate client and carrier workflows, support renewals and bids, conduct enrollment meetings, resolve claims and eligibility issues, and recommend benefit-plan changes. The role develops client relationships, coordinates third-party vendors, maintains compliance awareness, and supports sales and service activities. This is a remote Houston-based position requiring occasional travel to Richardson, Texas.

Processes new and renewal certificates of insurance for commercial lines clients. Reviews policy and contract information, compares data against guidelines, communicates with account managers, enters and maintains electronic records, and prepares insurance documents for delivery. Provides customer service to insured parties while managing high-volume work accurately and efficiently. Uses Applied Epic or similar agency management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and CSR24.
