Leads early learning market expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across new and existing U.S. markets. Builds relationships with coalitions, public agencies, regional networks, and purchasing organizations; manages opportunities from discovery through renewal; develops market strategies; coaches distributed market-facing teams; and shares customer insights to improve execution and sustainable growth.

Leads a software support team responsible for production reliability, defect triage, code maintenance, deployments, vulnerability remediation, testing, and operational response. Develops and reviews code, coordinates Agile delivery, monitors production concerns, communicates risks, and partners with engineering, infrastructure, IT, QA, product, and customer experience teams to maintain secure, supportable digital learning applications.

Leads the visual direction and design of multiple children’s magazines, partnering with editorial to develop visual storytelling and manage illustration assignments, photo shoots, layouts, and production workflows. Oversees creative consistency across publications, mentors design staff, manages freelancers and artists, and balances multiple deadlines in a fast-paced publishing environment.
