Design end-to-end product experiences through research, user flows, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing. Build accessible, production-ready front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and React. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers, contribute to design systems, apply WCAG standards, use AI tools, and refine implemented designs for quality and consistency.

Oversee accounting operations, including revenue review, expense management, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, staff accountant supervision, audits, tax compliance, 1099 filings, and process improvements. Support FP&A with reporting and help implement new financial software while maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes.

Manage CRM customer data migrations from onboarding through completion. Responsibilities include analyzing source Excel data, creating import rules, validating and reconciling migrated data, documenting mappings and transformation logic, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with customers, engineers, sales, onboarding, and support teams. The role requires strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, customer service, and effective communication.
