Owns performance frameworks, targets, KPI tracking, benefit realization, and ROIC governance; approves or challenges initiatives, embeds cost discipline into planning and budgeting, leads benchmarking and process improvement, and evaluates AI-enabled cost and capital initiatives. Partners with the Brand CFO and senior leaders to deliver sustained savings, capital avoidance, and measurable ROIC improvements while protecting brand standards and guest experience.

Remote outbound sales role selling cruises using warm leads. Make 60+ calls and 100+ emails daily, manage a book of business, meet sales metrics, and build long-term guest relationships. Company provides training, equipment, travel perks, benefits, and strong earning potential.

Serve as primary finance business partner for IT cost centers, owning budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Serve as business owner for the shipboard property management system, drive process improvements and projects, collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, Payroll and Technology, and travel for shipboard operations and visits.

Provide SME support and administration for Oracle ERP (EBS R12), OBIEE, MarkView, and related finance apps. Troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations and hierarchies, support reporting and integrations, manage UAT and controls, ensure audit readiness, document processes, train users, and lead system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts with Finance and IT stakeholders.

Manage development and rollout of deployment and itineraries for Seabourns expedition and ocean fleet. Design commercially viable, safe, and operationally feasible itineraries; perform port assessments, fuel-conservation analysis, deployment optimization using tools like MXP/Transas/DPM, track KPIs, lead approvals, implement planning technology, communicate with shoreside and shipboard teams, mentor staff, and represent the company at industry forums. Hybrid in-office role with under 25% travel.

Develop and execute territory account strategies for Holland America Line and Seabourn, driving revenue from assigned travel agency accounts. Build and maintain long-term partner relationships, lead events and trainings, manage budgets and marketing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records. Frequent travel and off-hours work required to meet sales goals and grow market share.

Provide high-touch desktop and endpoint support for C-level executives, manage audio-visual and conferencing readiness, validate SCCM/MECM deployments, maintain endpoint security, mentor onsite support staff, document runbooks, and coordinate escalations with infrastructure and security teams.

Serve as end-to-end financial owner for a capital portfolio across shipboard and shoreside projects. Lead capital planning, multi-year forecasting, cash flow management, variance analysis, and investment evaluation (IRR/NPV/ROI). Reconcile project and financial systems (Clarity, Oracle, Hyperion), partner with Accounting, IT, and operations on capitalization and month-end close, and drive governance, reporting improvements, and decision-support for capital investments.
