Leads DevOps and platform engineering implementation, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, automated provisioning, Kubernetes, cloud and VMware platforms, monitoring, reliability, and DevSecOps controls. Manages a small technical team, establishes platform standards and guardrails, partners with managed services providers, resolves complex infrastructure issues, supports architecture reviews, and documents and trains teams on automation and containerization practices.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, change management, compliance, and employee engagement. The HRBP partners with HR centers of excellence, uses workforce data to guide decisions, and supports a high-performing, inclusive culture across Holland America Line and Seabourn.

Provide SME support and administration for Oracle ERP (EBS R12), OBIEE, MarkView, and related finance apps. Troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations and hierarchies, support reporting and integrations, manage UAT and controls, ensure audit readiness, document processes, train users, and lead system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts with Finance and IT stakeholders.
