Translate commercial priorities into delivery plans, manage cross-functional programs, establish portfolio governance, drive benefits realization, and lead a team across product, PMO, change management, and operational readiness to ensure measurable commercial outcomes.

Design end-to-end responsive web experiences, producing wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Maintain and evolve design systems, collaborate with research, analytics, marketing, and developers, apply accessibility and usability standards, run data-driven optimizations and A/B test variants, and manage multiple projects to meet business and user goals.
