Maintains databases, supports audits, and contributes to revenue recognition and reporting process improvements.

Manages talent and performance programs for Deck and Technical seafarers across Holland America Line and Seabourn vessels. Oversees promotion eligibility, succession planning, appraisals, professional development records, workforce reporting, dashboards, job descriptions, career paths, and organization charts. Partners with ship leadership, Marine and Technical Operations, Talent Acquisition, Training, Compensation, and HR teams to ensure compliant, accurate, and transparent career processes. Requires strong HR, maritime, data reporting, stakeholder management, and regulatory knowledge.

Manages physical and digital signage projects across cruise ships and land properties, from intake and budgeting through design, procurement, installation, and documentation. Coordinates vendors, shipboard teams, and internal stakeholders; reviews artwork for branding, accessibility, and regulatory compliance; maintains inventories, purchase orders, project status, and documentation. The role also oversees dry dock signage initiatives, digital signage hardware, budgets, and installation schedules.
