Teams at HomeStreet Bank

Supports senior lending advisors with loan pipeline management, documentation, milestone tracking, client communication, and coordination with processing, underwriting, and closing teams. Assists with complex lending transactions, cross-selling related banking products, resolving workflow issues, and completing loan files from application through closing. Requires mortgage lending or banking experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Encompass, strong communication and organizational skills, confidentiality, and customer service ability.
